John Forsyth is a global thought leader of customer insights and a co-founder of Forsyth Insights. He has a 40-year track record of innovating and shaping insights approaches to drive business actions. He helps organizations generate a complete view of consumers and stakeholders and translates this view into specific business ideas for growth. While he has worked in most industries, he specializes in consumer goods, retail, health care and not for profits. He has worked with over 800 organizations in 35 countries across 6 continents.

As a partner at McKinsey & Company, which he joined in 1986, John built and led the global Marketing Insights & Analytics Practice for 20 years.  The Practice today is one of the largest integrated consumer insights and analytics communities in the world.

John is a frequent author of articles on consumers (McKinsey Quarterly, Forbes, HBR online) and an active presenter at industry gatherings (ARF, ESOMAR, MSI).  He has taught classes at multiple business schools. He lives just outside New York City and enjoys birding, hiking, and seeing theater.

John has an MS in Management and Marketing from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, Cambridge, MA, and an AB in Mathematical Economics from Brown University, Providence, RI.

Leah Boucher combines over 20 years of deep business consulting experience with a passion for discovering consumer insights to help organizations use insights to guide decision-making.

Leah  specializes in generating deep consumer knowledge, drawing from deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative insights approaches, and decades of analyzing consumer trends.

Leah co-founded Forsyth Insights in 2015. Previously, she worked at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on growth, branding, innovation, proprietary insights and knowledge building.  A native of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Leah enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her three children.

Leah has a JD, High Honors, from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA magna cum laude with disinction in Economics from Yale University.
